Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive and approve your request for a credit. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be charged at the time you enroll in a class, camp, session or program.
For childcare services you will be charged a deposit of 50% of the booking time at the time of reservation and the balance prior to the start of the childcare engagement. |
