1. A Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card is required to confirm a reservation.
2. A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.
3. Full Payment is due for the total hours you have reserved. You may pay with VISA, MasterCard or American Express. We cannot guarantee the sitter can stay beyond the time reserved unless you have reserved extra hours beforehand.
4. All reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Reservations are not valid until confirmed by a representative of LA Enrichment Academy.
5. There is a $15 additional charge for a time change in the reservation after reservation is made.
6. A cancellation charge of 20% of the total cost shall be applied unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to time reserved.
7. Rates do not include an optional gratuity to the babysitter.
8. Caregivers cannot accept cash payments except for gratuities.
9. Gratuities can be prepaid, charged after services or given to the sitter in cash. |
